Wisconsin Assembly Allocate Money 4 Rural Health Care

Wisconsin Assembly Representative Edward Brooks is working with fellow law makers to fund rural health care initiatives.  Understanding rural medical care is facing doctor and nurse shortages this is a proactive response.

The funding called a 3.5 million dollar package looks to technology and instruction as a means to support existing medical care in the rural setting.  Specialty training and technology can deliver needed resources in real time.

The concept is to bring instruction to community members who can be trained to perform these special medical tasks while continuing to reside in the rural setting.  Lawmakers have recognized adequate medical care is essential to a communities financial growth.
